Ontruiming en vermoedelijk kap deze week! - Eviction and cutting down this week!

Volgens zeer betrouwbare bron wordt er deze week gekapt in het Lappersfortbos. Een exacte datum is (nog) niet bekend, maar de ontruiming begint dus vermoedelijk in de eerste helft van de week. (Deze week!) Bijkomende aanwijzing is dat de politie verleden week het bos drie maal bezocht. De laatste 2 dagen patrouilleert de politie de klok rond in de buurt van het bos.

Wat kan jij doen:
- zo snel mogelijk naar het bos komen
- solidariteitsacties voorbereiden
- acties aan vestigingen van GDF Suez, Fabricom, Electrabel, ... voorbereiden
- verontwaardigde reacties sturen naar pers en andere media

Als je de bezetting komt versterken, breng dan een regenjas, warme kledij en eventueel dekens en slaapzak mee.

Kan je niet meer in het bos geraken, kom dan naar de groene brug van Steenbrugge (op de weg van Oostkamp naar Brugge). Daar zal vanaf het begin van de ontruiming actie gevoerd worden. 's Avonds spreken we af om 20h op 't Zand te Brugge voor een betoging.

Geen compromis in de strijd voor de Aarde!

According to a very reliable source, the occupied part of the Lappersforest will be cut down this week. We don't know the exact date (yet), but the eviction and chopping will probably start at the beginning of the week. (This week!) Another indication is the fact that police have visited the forest three times last week. The last 2 days, there are police patrols in the area of the forest.

What can you do?
- come to the forest as soon as possible
- prepare solidarity actions
- prepare actions at branch offices of GDF Suez, Fabricom, Electrabel...
- send displeased reactions to press and other media.

If you come to join the eviction resistance, bring a raincoat, warm clothes, a sleeping bag and maybe some blankets.

If you can't make it to the inside of the forest, come to the green bridge of Steenbrugge (on the road from Oostkamp to Bruges), where there will be protest actions from the very start of the eviction. At night we gather at 8 pm on 't Zand in Bruges, for a demonstration.
